If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of this website and refrain from requesting services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Mason Remodeling Co Torrance effective as of May 13, 2026.
How Are Estimates and Pricing Determined?
All estimates we provide are prepared in good faith based on the information available to us at the time of assessment. However, final pricing is subject to change in the event that actual site conditions, scope of work, or material requirements differ materially from what was represented or reasonably anticipated during the initial evaluation.
In such circumstances, we will notify you of any anticipated price adjustment prior to proceeding with the additional or modified work. Your authorization to continue shall constitute acceptance of the revised pricing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mason Remodeling Co Torrance’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to services rendered or the use of this website shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to that claim.
Under no circumstances shall Mason Remodeling Co Torrance, its employees, agents, or affiliated contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of use, or property damage beyond the scope of work performed, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
